About this project
I volunteer as a tech specialist at the Moreno Valley Public Library, where I provide face-to-face technical support to patrons. I help people with varying levels of technical knowledge, which has taught me the importance of clear communication, patience, and a problem-solving mindset. I also provide assistance to the library's IT Specialist with any IT-related tasks. All my IT work including home labs will be presented through a blog.
